After years working across contemporary galleries, nonprofit art spaces, museums, and artist-led initiatives, I began consulting quietly and organically. Word spread, and soon I was supporting everything from inventory systems and grant writing to portfolio development and exhibition planning for numerous clients. The demand was clear but the bandwidth wasn’t.
